Location Promotion Winterthur Region publishes a quarterly real estate bulletin with current information and an overview of commercial property and land for commercial or industrial development available in the Winterthur region. Property owners in the municipalities affiliated to Location Promotion Winterthur Region can place a sales ad in this Immobilien-Bulletin(PDF, 3.8 MB).

 

We publish only property located in the cities of Winterthur and Illnau-Effretikon or in one of the municipalities affiliated to Location Promotion Winterthur Region. You will find the names of these municipalities listed on the last page of the Immobilien-Bulletin or here.

 

A fee (see below) is charged for these ads to cover our administrative and editorial costs. Prices are listed, excluding value-added tax, for an ad run of three months in the Immobilien-Bulletin (print publication). Location Promotion Winterthur Region is responsible for the graphic design and layout of the bulletin.
