If you have your eyes on a specific development site, you can, against a fee, find out who the owner is through the land registry office concerned (please state all the relevant details). You can then try and contact the owner directly to find out if the site is for sale.

Only property located in the cities of Winterthur and Illnau-Effretikon or in one of the municipalities affiliated to Location Promotion Winterthur Region are published. You will find the names of these municipalities listed on the last page of the Immobilien-Bulletin or here.
 
A fee (see below) is charged for these ads to cover our administrative and editorial costs. Prices are listed, excluding value-added tax, for an ad run of three months in the Immobilien-Bulletin (print publication).
